Inspired by Experience

Our founder’s inspiration for New Leaf Designs came from years of firsthand experience in the corporate world. She often found herself in situations where her voice wasn’t heard, where she was left out of important conversations, and where her contributions were overlooked simply because she was the only woman in the room. Rather than allowing these experiences to hold her back, they fueled her determination to create something different—something better.

A Business with Heart

New Leaf Designs was founded on the belief that every voice deserves to be heard and every talent deserves to shine. Our founder envisioned a company where women could thrive, collaborate, and create without barriers. Today, we are proud to be an all-women team, dedicated to transforming spaces with our custom artificial floral, tree, and plantscape designs while promoting an inclusive and supportive workplace.

In the world of artificial floral, greenery, and plantscape design, creativity is key. We believe that combining different perspectives allows us to craft stunning, lifelike arrangements that bring beauty and tranquility to any space. Our services include custom interior and exterior designs, all created with attention to detail and a deep appreciation for our clients’ unique visions.

Back at our busy studio, surrounded by hanging gardens and a bathtub full of flowers, we begin sketching designs for our installations. We create designs for venues and clients the length and breadth of London – and further afield.

We’re proud to have established a reputation for our creative designs and personal approach and count among our clients Tate, the Natural History Museum, Mappin and Webb, and Linda Farrow. We’ve worked in some of the capital’s most fascinating venues, including St Paul’s Cathedral, Claridge’s, RIBA and Kew Gardens and are pleased to be recommended by The Barbican, St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants.
